Accessorize with Easy Weekend Earrings
These earrings are must have additions to your accessories drawer. You start with fine Sterling Silver chain and end with a smooth teardrop sterling silver bead. The earrings are long and linear falling 3 inches in length but you could adjust this to your liking. Plus, they work up in less time to finish a load of laundry!! They are sleek, elegant and feminine all at the same time.
To make these you will need to know how to wire wrap a headpin and open and close a jumpring.
Here's a quick list of earring ingredients along with a couple of notes.
2 jumprings that will fit through your chain.**( If chain links are large enough to fit directly to earwire then skip the rings.)**
2 sterling silver teardrop beads
**I was just thinking our small gunmetal rollo chain #6 would be a fabulous combination with the sterling silver bead and earwires.**
Off to a busy weekend myself, sportin some new earrings!!

Perfectly Versatile Chain
When you're shopping for new chain it makes sense to be picky and invest in quality chain that meets your jewelry making needs.
The Great News is this quality chain is available in your favorite finishes like antique brass, antique silver, antique copper, black gunmetal and russian gold.
I've listed some favorite features:
- Soldered Links… Critical for chain extensions and loading lots of charms and beads, nothing slips through
- Textured… Shows off the vintage wash with a nice matte like finish
- Larger and heavier links... Great for Charm Bracelet because it can handle some weight
- Solid brass which I consider an upgrade to steel versions
- Beautiful plates for modern or vintage jewelry styles
- and most importantly … Look real hip layering this with lighter weight chains that are all the rage
Well that about covers things for now… off to run some errands!!

Just Made this Bracelet with NEW GunMetal Chain!
A whole lot of Whimsy and loaded with Color Drama!
Really liked working with some new chain to make this funky bracelet. I loaded it with pressed glass and seed beads in bold bright colors that made a great contrast with black gunmetal chain #36.
This new black chain has plenty to offer:
- Soldered links..your trinkets won't slip out and great to use for chain extension
- Flat wire for modern and dressy look.. and
- 3 ring sizes which adds to versatility, more to work with!
It took about 2.5 hours to make..(actually made while watching FoodNetwork TV dramas
) and had plenty of fun arranging color.
More than enough possibilites to keep ya busy I'd say..
