Imagine my surprise when I opened up a package of silver-plated earwires to find that they were tinted lavender.

I took them out of the bag, and they still looked a shade of lavender.

I asked my wife, "What color are these earwires?"
"Lavender."

I asked my daughter and my son for confirmation.  They both said the earwires were lavender, too.

These earwires are silver-plate over surgical steel, so they shouldn't be anything new in the jewelry industry.

We'll see what comes of this.

(I thought about posting a picture, but I hope its enough to know that we do our best to sort out any sub-standard merchandise that makes it in our doors.)
